Royal Livingstone Hotel, is the 5 star Hotel in Livingstone’s Falls Resort – which is situated within the boundaries of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, overlooking the Zambezi River, and just a short walk from The Victoria Falls.

Accommodation is in 173 spacious, air-conditioned, en suite rooms, each boasting a private veranda or terrace. The rooms are in clusters of two-storey units, with 10 rooms in each cluster. The clusters are spread along the River bank, allowing for excellent views. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers, and Victorian style baths.

There is a variety of accommodation from the Presidential Suite to Luxury Suites, Luxury King rooms, Luxury twin rooms and 2 rooms for paraplegic use. All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe, Satellite TV, and telephone. In addition, the suites have a lounge area and dressing area.

Guests can enjoy dining at the à la carte restaurant, with its old-world style, which offers an excellent breakfast, and a highly varied à la carte dinner menu – with dishes from sea-food to bush and game fare.

The travellers bar and lounge is somewhere that you can relax and enjoy fine port or even a cigar. In addition there is the Pool area, with the River Terrace Bar.

You might also choose to while away a few hours on the magnificent sundeck, which overlooks the Zambezi.

The Resort is also home to an Activity Centre, where you can arrange your daily excursions – from River Rafting to cruises, and adrenalin activities for which the area is justly famous (bungee, flying-fox, abseiling for example). Or you might choose a visit to local museums and the craft market.

For the golf enthusiastic, there is the nearby Livingstone Royal Golf Club, which was established in 1908, and fully restored in 2006. The course is 18-holes, in a magnificent setting, with some 118 tree species, and offers a unique golfing experience. You can also make use of the distinctive and genuine Edwardian Club House which extends a very warm welcome. It offers a five star restaurant experience and club bar both of which overlook the golf course.
