These attractive, clean and central apartments are excellent
value for money for those who are either on a budget or who
plan to stay a long-time in Victoria Falls.
Situated in the Phumula Centre, directly opposite the Jays
Spar shop, the apartments comprise of lounge equipped with
television, hi-fi, telephone and small balcony with BBQ equipment.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom
and a bedroom with either twin or double bed. An extra bed
can be put in the Lounge. Air conditioning units are in the
lounge and bedroom.
The apartments are cleaned every day, a service included
in the rental. Laundry can also be done for a small charge.

The Apartments are owned and managed by The Zimbabwean Miners
Union Pension Fund to a very high standard.
The Victoria Falls, all shops, restaurants and bars and
the central hotels are all within a short walking distance.
There is 24 hour Security, which also surveills the private
parking in front of the apartment.
At Euro65 per day for the apartment
sleeping two persons, they represent excellent value for
money.
Not suitable for handicapped or elderly guests as they are up three
flights of stairs!
